# For Samuel

> For Samuel is a private care-coordination record for families, support workers and the people who help care for someone — built by a dad, for caring families.

For Samuel keeps the everyday record of care in one shared, invitation-only Care Hub: feeding, sleep, toileting, medication, regulation and behaviour, activity, milestones, growth, vaccines, temperature and health notes. For more complex care it adds tube feeds, therapy-at-home tracking, a living care plan, support-worker shifts and invoicing — the same app, the same record, whether the needs are simple or complex.

The Care Hub can be shared with the people who help: a family member as the admin, a support worker who logs care as they work (provider), and a trusted family member or health professional who follows the record without managing it (a viewer). Logging, the shared handover, the calendar, the shared guidebook and care stock, offline capture, and a machine-readable data export are free for every Care Hub. Two optional subscriptions: Care Plan Pro (plan editor, snapshots, reports and documents, shown in the app as My Care Plan) and Provider Pro (support-worker invoicing).

For Samuel is a family record, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace a GP, therapist or care team. Care records are stored in Australia; nothing is sold or used for advertising.
