For Samuel is a care coordination app for families and the support workers who help them. If you need help using the app, have a question about your account, or want to report a problem, this page tells you how to reach us and how to manage your own data.
Contact us
Email hello@forsamuel.com.au (support@forsamuel.com.au reaches the same inbox). Tell us the screen you were on and what you expected to happen — it helps us get to the fix faster. We reply within 2 business days. If you can't use email, any member of your care hub can contact us on your behalf.

Privacy questions
For anything about your personal information — access, correction, or a privacy concern — email privacy@forsamuel.com.au. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Export your data
You can download a copy of your data yourself, at any time, from inside the app: More → Sync & Data → Download my data. No need to ask us first.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app: More → Leave or delete → Delete my account in the For Samuel app. If you can’t open the app or no longer have it installed, email privacy@forsamuel.com.au from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my For Samuel account. We confirm within 2 business days and schedule the deletion for you. We check that the request comes from the address on the account before we act on it. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, you can’t send from that address. Email us from any address instead and tell us your Care Hub’s name and the people in it. We confirm with a current admin of that hub, or you can sign in once on any phone and delete in the app. We never share Care Hub details on the strength of an email alone. Deletion has a 30-day grace period — if you change your mind within 30 days, signing back in restores your account. After that window, your sign-in record and profile identifiers are removed or anonymised. Care, invoice, and audit records may remain for statutory and evidence-retention periods as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in the store.
What we can't help with
For Samuel does not provide medical, legal, tax, accounting or funding advice. The app helps you record and coordinate care and keep your own paperwork in order; decisions in those areas should be made with a qualified professional.
