For Samuel is a care coordination app for families and the support workers who help them. If you need help using the app, have a question about your account, or want to report a problem, this page tells you how to reach us and how to manage your own data.
Email hello@forsamuel.com.au. Tell us the screen you were on and what you expected to happen — it helps us get to the fix faster. We respond within 5 business days. If you can't use email, any member of your care hub can contact us on your behalf.
For anything about your personal information — access, correction, or a privacy concern — email privacy@forsamuel.com.au. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
You can download a copy of your data yourself, at any time, from inside the app: Settings → Download my data. No need to ask us first.
You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion has a 30-day grace period — if you change your mind within 30 days, signing back in restores your account. After that window, your data is permanently removed.
For Samuel does not provide medical, legal, tax, accounting or funding advice. The app helps you record and coordinate care and keep your own paperwork in order; decisions in those areas should be made with a qualified professional.
